New Day

I have to tell myself that tomorrow is a new day and that I have a new chance to start again. I mean I had McDonald's, and butter potato's and I still have yet to begin exercising. I am not going to make some lame excuse just keep telling myself that tomorrow is a new one!!

I know it's difficult and I'm a terrible planner myself, but ditching the fast food or at least making it an infrequent treat will help you go a long way toward achieving your goal. :) Speaking of which, I'd better get planning dinner so I don't have that excuse for fast food when hubby calls to say that he's on his way home from work!
